Who can I contact with questions?
Is CancerEDGE an insurance policy?

How is this different from other genetic tests?
The genetic testing included in your membership is clinically valid and performed in certified laboratories. It is designed to support informed conversations with your healthcare provider about hereditary cancer risk.
Key differences include:
- Results are reviewed by a licensed genetic.
- Only pathogenic or likely pathogenic variants are reported.
- The testing includes key genes associated with hereditary cancer risk.
- Testing is performed using standards applied in clinical healthcare settings.
This approach helps ensure you receive relevant information and guidance that aligns with current clinical practice.
Is there a full list of genes included in the test?
Yes. The test covers a curated set of genes associated with hereditary cancer risk based on established clinical guidelines. You may request the full list of genes tested by contacting our support team at service@canceredge.com
What accreditations do your partner labs have?
All genetic testing is performed in CLIA certified and CAP accredited laboratories, which follow rigorous quality and accuracy standards used throughout healthcare and academic medicine.
